Our Vision
OPEN | CONNECT | EDUCATE
Connect NZ Project, led by Open and Connect NZ (启连新西兰), supports Chinese migrant families in Auckland to successfully integrate into New Zealand society.
Through a series of community-based programmes, we create opportunities for families to build connections, develop essential life skills, and better understand New Zealand’s culture, values, and systems.

What We Do
1
OPEN
We foster relationships and inclusivity across all sectors of the community. We build and strengthen our partnerships with diverse groups, including the Chinese community in Auckland and the North Shore.
2
CONNECT
We address emerging trends and current community needs by supporting capacity-building and innovative initiatives, ensuring a connected, resilient, and safe community.
3
EDUCATION
We provide information, education, and resources, contribute to research, innovative practices, and strategic community development initiatives.
What We Deliver
Our Approach
• Community-led and culturally responsive (bilingual delivery)
• Strong partnerships with local organisations, schools, and agencies
